What is Hutt Valley Community Arts?
The Hutt Valley Community Arts Council was established in the 1970s to promote and encourage Hutt City’s art and cultural life.
We facilitate community art activities that enable the people of Hutt City to express and enjoy themselves, working to create a vibrant and beautiful city which reflects the culture of those who live here.

Find Us
Hutt Valley Community Arts Gallery and Offices sit in the heart of Petone, outside Petone Library.
You will find us in the Doreen Doolan Mall which runs off Jackson Street between Richmond and Britannia Streets. We can also be accessed from the Peel Carpark on Richmond Street, or the library carpark on Britannia Street.
